Professor Kao began taking part of a year-long (AY 2021-2022) set of “cultural consciousness conservations” at Loyola Marymount University as part of a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiative in collaboration with Ethnic & Intercultural Services.
They’ll meet monthly to discuss how to increase their appreciation and competency when engaging in cross-cultural conversations and relationship
