Grace Kao joined a 4-day Wabash Project originally entitled “Mana Wāhine and Aloha ‘Āina: Embodying a Tehomic Pedagogy” which was originally to meet in Hawai’i but ended up taking place in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Under the leadership of Project Director Angela Yarber, we produced art, did gentle yoga at the beach, discussed tehomic pedagogy, and prepared and ate all our vegan meals together.
