Dr. Kao was invited to take part in a 3-day planning event for a conference on Reproductive Justice Futurism. The conference will take place at Smith & Amherst Colleges from March 12-14, 2025 .
Headed by Loretta Ross (of Smith College) and Jallicia Jolly (of Amherst College), the participants assembled included academics, RJ/birth justice movement activists, and others.
