Dr. Kao participated in a number of activities at the most recent SCE meeting held from Jan 9-12. Her latest book, My Body, Their Baby: A Progressive Christian Vision for Surrogacy, was the subject of a “conversation with the author” session facilitated by Dr. Margaret Kamitsuka.
Her other activities included convening a session entitled “At the Center of the Arc: Tracing the Forces that Bend our Moral Futures” and meeting twice with the Nominations Committee to put together next year’s slate of nominees for election.
