Dr. Kao has been invited to deliver a public address on April 30, 2025 at the Walter H. Capps Center for the Study of Ethics, Religion, and Public Life at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
The title of her talk is “Righting Wrongs When ‘Sorry’ is Not Enough: Constructing an Asian American Theology of Reparations.” This is the first time she’ll deliver an address at UCSB.
