Dr. Kao was invited by several student groups at Princeton Theological Seminary to speak about reproductive ethics.
The title of her presentation was “Family Building in the 21st century” and she discussed how Christians can make conscientious decisions about what paths to parenthood would be appropriate for them (if any) to pursue among the options available to them.

The following day, she also met with doctoral students in theology/ethics and religion & society to discuss the central argument of her book, My Body, Their Baby: A Progressive Christian Vision for Surrogacy.

Dr. Kao with SueAnn Shiah (student coordinator) and faculty colleagues Ki Joo Choi, Lisa Cleath, and Soojin Lee.
