Dr. Kao enjoyed spending the past several days with fellow mid-career faculty in Orlando, Florida discussing distinctive issues and challenges that arise mid-career.
From March 5-6, she first met with a smaller group of racial-ethnic faculty. She then gathered with other faculty members from March 7-8.
