Grace Kao was invited to deliver a lecture and teach a class as part of her visit to Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. Her paper focused on 4 cases involving discrete Asian Pacific American communities who have received official apologies, expressions of regret, and/or monetary reparations for historic injustices committed against them or their ancestors.
